Former Calgary Flames coach Bill Peters is expected to be named the coach of the Western Hockey League’s Lethbridge Hurricanes on Wednesday, league sources confirmed to The Athletic. Here’s what you need to know:
Peters previously coached the KHL’s Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg. He was fired in November 2021 after a year and a half with the team.
