ROSEMONT, Ill. — Joel Quenneville and Stan Bowman — a coach and a general manager linked by both three Stanley Cups and one of the biggest scandals in NHL history — spoke to the league’s assembled head coaches and GMs at an O’Hare Airport hotel ballroom on Friday morning, sharing their experiences and “lessons learned,” according to commissioner Gary Bettman.
